Kerry’s Automotive Group is a proud family-owned automotive dealership in Australia’s Top End. We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to support our Dealership's day to day financial and administrative operations
Basic Functions:
- Processing financial transactions, including account receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records, EOM Reconciliations.
- Help with all other administration duties in any absences.
- Assist with the data entry and daily banking.
- All other ad hoc administration duties required.
- Processing Vehicle Registrations / Stock Control
Successful Candidate Requirements:
- Proven competencies in the following areas – organisation and planning, communication, data entry, basic book–keeping, computer and clerical applications
- Dealership and franchise knowledge would be extremely advantageous
- Good personal organisation skills with the ability to work in a team environment to meet required deadlines
- Problem-solving ability with a commitment to quality of work and customer satisfaction
- Excellent telephone manner
