Your new role
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be working alongside a supportive and professional team who will guide and mentor you to achieve your career aspirations.The main responsibility of this role is to offer administrative assistance to our team, ensuring a seamless service for our clients.
Duties will include:Scanning and uploading documents to our in-house computer system.
- Management and distribution of internal email communication.
- Assisting in-bound customer telephone enquiries.
- Being the friendly face when our customers visit our office.
- Meeting and conference room management.
- Management of the internal branch social club.
- General office and administrative duties.
