We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Administration Assistant to join our Operations and Maintenance team based on site at our Newman Power Station on a 12 month fixed term contact.
Reporting to the Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to the power station. The provision of a high quality and confidential administrative service is a key requirement in supporting operations. Key ResponsibilitiesBeing the first point of contact (phone or face-to-face) for members of the public, suppliers, visitors, contractors and facilitate inductions as required Maintain accurate records and collate weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for internal and external customers as requested, including collation of budgetary information Coordination of invoices, visa statements, expense forms and payment of accounts related to the role and/or project activity Assist with coordinating training, workshops and travel & accommodation arrangements for power station employees Maintenance of site safety PPE and stationery inventory Assist in the resolution of IT issues, including Ellipse procedures and improvements.
