About the company
Working with a NFP located in Chatswood that specialise in supporting youth clients to develop language, motor, cognitive, social and emotional skills, and provide therapy supports for children with developmental delay or disability, including autism spectrum disorder. The team is very upbeat, friendly and supportive.
This is a busy front of house position being the first point of contact in person, over the phone and on email.
Role responsibilities:
- Telephone and clinic reception
- Appointment scheduling
- Service agreements
- Managing caseloads for therapists productivity
- Supporting therapists in their daily practice (Occupational, Speech, Psychologists)
- General office management tasks
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with clinicians, parents and children
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Come from a receptionist background
- Interest in healthcare would be highly regarded
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and multitask
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
- Well presented with a bubbly and friendly personality
- Current WWCC
- Current National police check
- Current NDIS check
- Double vaccinated
- Willingness to complete first aid training + CPR training if successful
