Form of workWe're on the hunt for an energetic and proactive person to join our team at Polvin Fencing!
We have either part-time or full-time position based in Dandenong South.
Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 to 3:00 pm on Fridays (but can be flexible)
The role will include but not limited to:
- General admin duties
- Typing of quotes/orders, processing payments
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Filing and updating databases
Full training will be provided and there is plenty of room for growth and role expansion.
The successful candidate will:
- Be efficient and forward thinking
- Be proficient in using Outlook, Excel & Word
- Be professional with excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to gain product knowledge and learn practical applications in order to assist customer queries
- Show excellent attention to detail
- Work well individually as well as in a team environment

At Polvin Fencing Systems, we manufacture PVC fencing for residential and business customers throughout Australia.
