We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for a Civil/Construction company in the Wollongong Area to start ASAP.This position will be Temp to Perm 5 days per week 7.30am - 3.30pm.
We are seeking someone who can be flexible with a wide range of skills.
We are seeking the following skills
- Min 2 years experience in Administrative duties
- Experience Across Civil or Construction is highly regarded
- Duties include
- Job data entry
- Timesheet entry
- Database maintaining
- Receiving deliveries
- Accounts payable/Accounts receivable – eg receipting, allocating, coding and approving of invoices
- Shared mailbox monitoring
- Stock & stationary ordering
- Freight booking
- Staff training bookings
- Equipment servicing bookings
- Vehicle servicing bookings
- Filing
- Computer knowledge; SAP, MYOB Greentree, Oracle, Pegasus
- A great communicator & Great team player
- Own transport & D/L
- Able to work 5 days per week ongoing as required.
