Administration Assistant

Ray White Forster Tuncurry are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is looking for an exciting career in real estate. You will join a team of professionals who will offer you support and structure, along with quality training.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage communication - phone and email to assist agents and property management if necessary
• Make enquiries for relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist the administration team to implement policy and follow procedure
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings and events 
• Prepare and distribute documents, contracts and correspondence as required
• Maintain office supplies and equipment 
• Conduct regular follow-up as determined by workflow 
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Cultivate a positive image of Ray White Forster Tuncurry 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
• Previous experience in administrative roles 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Current driver's licence
• Have, or be willing to obtain Certificate of Registration in NSW
• Deliver high level customer service
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Be a team player who can work well under pressure
