ADMINISTRATION / BOOKKEEPING
FULL TIME POSITION
DMB Engineering is a long established electrical contracting construction company with industrial type contracts and is actively seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Bookkeeper for our office based in Yatala, Queensland.
To be successful in this position you will need to be self-motivated, have experience with accounts, computer literacy, have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Duties include:
- Accounts Payable /Receivable utilizing QuickBooks.
- Reconciling accounts
- Financial data entry
- Maintenance of Employee files
- Monthly Superannuation returns
- General Office Administration including filing and reception duties.
- Arrangements for travel, accommodation, medical and training courses for fly in / flyout employees
- Costing of projects
The successful applicant must be highly organized, have a minimum of 3 years solid experience in QuickBooks and be able to work well within a team environment. Experience within the construction industry will be an advantage.
DMB Engineering runs a very efficient and busy office, and the successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised at times.
Current references are essential and will require three contactable referees.
