Central Queensland Hydraulics is a small growing business with a Workshop in Paget selling, repairing and servicing hydraulic components for numerous customers in Mackay and the Bowen Basin. We also have personnel working on site.
This position is versatile - Full Time or Permanent Part Time for the right person.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Receptionist, have Zero Quickbooks/Reckon experience, Aroflo, Word, Excel experience and be familiar with HR - WH&S requirements, Mine Site processes and Inductions.
Main Duties include:
Assisting the Office Manager: Reckon Data Entry and invoicing, Office maintenance and administration as required. Filing and Archiving. Checking Stock and Inventory.
Processing Sales, preparing and booking Freight.
Bookkeeping/accounts experience is necessary.
HR Role: Booking site Accommodation, Organizing Inductions & WH&S Requirements. Maintaining Records.
The successful person will need to have an eye for detail, be conscientious, flexible, be able to work with the team in a sometimes busy environment.
