Magna Constructions Pty Ltd is a residential and commercial construction company specialising in insurance building repairs and restoration services across multiple states. Our team is involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould, and catastrophic storm damage.
Our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for our next super star Claims Coordinator based in our head office in Kirrawee NSW.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Setting up and managing claim files from start to finish
- Scheduling and managing estimator appointments
- Answering email and phone queries
- Supporting estimators/supervisors to achieve job completion
- Engage and manage trades during the repair process
- Proactive management of communications across clients, customers and contractors
- Adhering to strict KPIs
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar position/ insurance claims or trade background
- A proactive nature and keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
- Resilience in managing customer/client complaints
- Strong organisational and time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- High level customer service, communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand and adapt to our clients and customers’ needs
- A positive and action-orientated attitude
