ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Administration Coordinator is accounts support based role, responsible for auction coordination from start to finish, located in Milperra/Sydney NSW. 

As permanent, full-time role worked 8:30am - 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays, this role is overseeing front desk customer service role and relevant auction administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data entry into the auction system and updating website for online auctions
  • Updating interface daily with new information and photos for finance clients
  • Performing PPSR checks on all vehicles, trailers & equipment as needed
  • Organising phone bidder lists, answering enquiries from customers, taking payments for goods, organising invoicing after auction
  • Entering sales sheets data, balancing auctions, producing ad hoc reports 
  • Following-up outstanding invoices from auctions
  • Managing purchase order process to capture recoverable costs
  • Printing out and checking the account sales for the vendors after auction, making sure the commissions are correct and applicable charges have been captured
  • Ensuring payment of vendors from auction sales including printing advices, cheques, and direct transfers
  • Providing mentoring & training support to junior Administrative Assistant
  • Checking off invoices to consignments, entering them into auction database where applicable
ABOUT YOU

As our successful candidate, you will have:

  • At least 3 years' administration experience with Accounts support experience
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail
  • Excellent deadline and priority management skills
  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Clear Police check
