ABOUT THE ROLEOur Administration Coordinator is accounts support based role, responsible for auction coordination from start to finish, located in Milperra/Sydney NSW.
As permanent, full-time role worked 8:30am - 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays, this role is overseeing front desk customer service role and relevant auction administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Data entry into the auction system and updating website for online auctions
- Updating interface daily with new information and photos for finance clients
- Performing PPSR checks on all vehicles, trailers & equipment as needed
- Organising phone bidder lists, answering enquiries from customers, taking payments for goods, organising invoicing after auction
- Entering sales sheets data, balancing auctions, producing ad hoc reports
- Following-up outstanding invoices from auctions
- Managing purchase order process to capture recoverable costs
- Printing out and checking the account sales for the vendors after auction, making sure the commissions are correct and applicable charges have been captured
- Ensuring payment of vendors from auction sales including printing advices, cheques, and direct transfers
- Providing mentoring & training support to junior Administrative Assistant
- Checking off invoices to consignments, entering them into auction database where applicable
As our successful candidate, you will have:
- At least 3 years' administration experience with Accounts support experience
- Demonstrate an eye for detail
- Excellent deadline and priority management skills
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Customer service experience
- Clear Police check
