As the Project Administration Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing the administrative aspects of our residential projects, from concept development to development application submissions. Your role will encompass liaising with clients, managing general administrative tasks within the office while providing crucial support to our Managing Director, Business Manager, Site Manager, and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks related to concept plan development, tender processes, town planning liaison, report ordering, contract preparation and client selection assistance.
- Manage the preparation and submission of Development Applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines.
- Provide support to team members, ensuring efficient project coordination and communication.
- General office and administration duties.
- Conduct weekly consultations with the Managing Director/Builder, reporting on the progress of preliminary building agreements and pre-construction tasks.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in Project Administration or coordination, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Work independently, demonstrating proactive initiative in tackling tasks, learning new tasks and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
