Based at Sydney Head Office in Mascot, you are a key member of the Corporate Services Team for the US, building trusted relationships with Project Managers, and Superintendents in the Denver Colorado office. Supported by the Group COO and Head of HR, to learn and manage the US processes. You will take a lead on administration responsibilities, to drive successful project outcomes.
WHF flexibility, 10 min walk from Mascot station & cafe's + on-site parking.
- Maintain vehicle registration and gas cards
- Process bills, insurance documentation and assist with purchase orders
- Mobilise project staff in collaboration with the General Superintendent, booking flights, truck hire and accommodation
- Book training courses for employees, such as OSHA.
About you
You are a confident Administrator, who easily builds rapport with can-do attitude. We offer a supportive and engaging environment working with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to a global business.
- Administration experience preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent IT skills and ideally exposure to NetSuite
- Thrives in an ever-changing project lead environment.
