- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features and functions of our property management operational systems and technology platform
- Provide task/workflow-based administrative focused support from case opening until the job get done
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders through emails/calls/in person
- Ability to work independantly and automously with least supervision, able to identify, assess & prioritise tasks, plan and own work-calendar with timely follow-up and get tasks completed
- Customer service oriented and a real people person
The ideal candidate will possess the following
- Demonstrates background in administration, customer service and data entry
- Result-driven, with positive "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication & interpersonal communication skills in bilingual proficiency at business level (Chinese & English)
- Ability to fit in a fast-paced environment with tenacity
- Permanent Residency or Australian Citizen preferred
- Real Estate industry background experiences with COR/License is highly recognised
