About the Role

As an Administration coordinator you will provide support to managers and employees, assist in daily office needs and manage company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, documents and management reports as required.
- Management of the office administration, including the presentation, cleanliness, office plants, printing area, stationary, kitchen and functionality of the office (dishwashers, coffee machine, kitchen maintenance, consumables, and stock)
- Ad-hoc office administration duties including back up telephone services, mail distribution – both electronic and hard copy.
- Manage, administer and monitor stock control of office, stationery and uniforms.
- Support to all key stakeholders, assisting with various tasks as required and directed by manager.
- Maintaining MD and CEO offices (coffee, dishes, water and general cleanliness)
- PCG – Development calendar invitations, printing, collating, binding as required.
- Credit card management for senior management.
- Purchase order creation and management for administration and developments.
- Processing ad hoc invoices for all key stakeholders.
- Liaising with Telstra on office related items.
- Organisation and management of office swipe passes.
- Uniform orders for all new starters within Group and Construction.
- Fleet Management – Construction (processing and paying for registrations and booking inspections as required)
- Office archiving/filing and Safe Custody.
Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will come with the below skills and experience:
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
