We have a position available within our Service Department in a Coordinator role. The role involves taking consumable orders from our business client base, via our online call logging system, as well as over email and telephone then coordinating the delivery of these consumables with our courier and managing the stock levels. Therefore, Administration and Customer Service Experience would be an advantage.
Full training will be provided with ongoing team support. Our ideal candidate will be confident, switched on, helpful with excellent customer service skills.
We offer a modern workplace, centrally located in Bundall with onsite parking. Our office teams are friendly and supportive.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Submitting and processing customer orders
- Data entry - customer and order information
- Liaising with service and delivery staff
- Coordinating deliveries of stock
- Ordering of hardware and stock control
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous administration or office experience
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident and positive/friendly disposition
- Team player with a flexible approach and can-do attitude
- High computer literacy (Microsoft applications)
