About the Role
Complex and interesting administration position supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities working within a highly structured and process-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Business Services Manager and working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager, not only will you be responsible for maintaining up to date process and procedure documents and various registers, but this position will also support the delivery of ad hoc administration projects and coordination of company-wide events.
Once established in the role, this position will provide plenty of opportunity to work flexibility and offers work from home options.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with subject matter experts across the organisation to maintain and develop various work procedure documents
- Maintain various document registers in an accurate and timely fashion
- Coordinate administration processes relating to maintenance scheduling and document control initiatives to meet relevant compliance standards
- Support the Continuous Improvement Manager and Business Services Manager with ad hoc administration projects
- Provide administrative support relating to HR and HSE administration as required
- Assist with the coordination of company wide events, including the annual company conference
- You will be a highly detailed and methodical administrator, who thrives when working in a structured, process-oriented environment
- Highly developed time management skills, someone who is deadline-driven and can adapt to competing priorities
- Resourceful and proactive nature when it comes to problem solving
- Strong professional writing capabilities, as you will be dealing with detailed policy and procedure documentation
- Structured business environment with clearly defined processes and procedures, supported by good systems and technology
