Job description

Ensure activities are coordinated with schedulers and customer service representatives. Allocate fleet to the job. Microsoft and ERP system use.

The Company

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the manufacturing industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join the Mount Waverley team.

The Role

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Administration and Office Support with key responsibilities including:

Ensure all activities are performed in mind with the best customer experience possible.
Work with other schedulers and customer service representatives to ensure all activities are coordinated together.
Validation that the final equipment/package selection will fully meet the requirements of the customer.
Liaise with Customer Service Representatives and sales to ensure any variations are understood, communicated and recharged appropriately.
Allocate fleet to the job, allowing technicians to pick the identified fleet and prepare for the job.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical role.
Technical background with experience in the provision of power and temperature solutions with varying levels of complexity.
PC literacy in a Microsoft environment and ERP system.

You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
