What's the role?
As a Contractor Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our contractors and clients, making their onboarding and offboarding experience unforgettable. Your responsibilities include:
- 🤝 Collaborating closely with the recruitment sales team to oversee contractors' onboarding, contract assignments, and offboarding.
- 📝 Generating contracts.
- 📞 Acting as a key point of contact for contractors and client enquiries.
- 💰 Liaising with the Finance Team regarding payroll and invoicing queries.
- 🎯 Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks within the Contract Team to expand your skill set.
This role is based out of our Sydney CBD office with a view you just can't beat.
What skills do you need?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in admin roles 📋
- Is proficient with the MS Office Suite 💻
- Possesses a detail-oriented mindset 🧠
- Is an excellent team player 🤗
