Our CUSTOMER SERVICE team is a small professional team who are looking for like-minded bright and a RELIABLE person to assist with administration task and CUSTOMER SERVICE of key clients in a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming inquiries.
- Receiving and processing incoming orders.
- Providing quotations.
- Submitting purchase orders.
- Invoicing.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Previous Experience:
- Experience working within a similar environment
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Computer literate
- Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centre will be regarded also.
The successful candidates will be well presented with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Phone manner is extremely important and your referees will be contacted to ensure reliability and capability.
