The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Full Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. Hands on and leading a team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional Customer Service, building lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Collaborative in your approach, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, ensuring our customers are receiving timely follow-ups, and effective resolution of any issues or escalations.
A typical day will see you;
- Provide Customer Service (phone sales, parts interpreting, invoicing & credits, and aftersales support)
- Lead and supervise the customer support team to ensure our level of service is at a premium
- Provide support to the Customer Service Manager
- Maintain current processes and implement new customer support procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What we are looking for

Ideally you will also have;
- Experience in a Customer Service support role (Automotive or Industrial industry is advantageous) with experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Proven background developing teams and making meaningful impact on customer support operations
- Strong aptitude to understanding with a proven ability to convey technical information in a simple manner
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Pronto experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Action oriented, ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills
- Customer-centric with a solution focus approach
