Due to growth in the business, we require the services of an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team!
(Administration & Office Support)
We are looking for an full-time office based admin support person who knows what it takes to be the extension of a busy team.
The key responsibilities for the role are as follows:
- Answer & Direct incoming calls
- Call customers to get additional information if needed
- Troubleshoot for customers over the phone or via emails
- Review & Direct incoming email & support enquiries
- Data entry into various system types
- Support Administration manager as required
- Tech support -WIFI set up
To be considered for this role the following experience is required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Be professional, reliable, and punctual
- Good phone manner
- Have the ability to be trained on simple solar principles
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure during busy periods
- Have a friendly & outgoing personality and be a good team player
- Attention to detail is a MUST
