The Opportunity
Our holistic Financial Planners need robust administrative support to research, present, and implement the risk component of our clients’ plans. We’re looking for a dedicated Life Insurance CSO who is proactive, independent, collaborative, and has a positive “can do” attitude. If you’re willing to go the extra mile for our clients, we’d love to reward your achievements.
The Role
As a key member of our advice team, you’ll provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, digital meetings, and email.
- Assisting the advice team with risk research, pre-assessments, and quoting.
- Managing the implementation & application process for all retail insurance recommendations.
- Communicating effectively with Product Providers and the team.
- Regular product training and ongoing professional development.
- Remote role or office based (Gold Coast) to suit your preference
About You
You’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a life risk-focused Client Services/Admin role.
- Good technical knowledge around Life, TPD, Trauma, and Income Protection insurance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A desire for continued learning, professional growth, and mastery of an efficient Life Risk process.
- Medical terminology skills, qualifications & experience are ideal
