Your duties will include:
- Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great Customer Service
- Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs
- Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgements, contacting students
- General office duties
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent Customer Service skills - always smiling, always helpful
- Great communication skills with other staff and students
- Excellent computer skills - quick and accurate and can follow procedures and requirements for multiple systems including databases, spreadsheets, emails and portals (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise based on role requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with all students and staff
- Someone that has initiative to work with limited supervision while contributing to the success of the team!
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to Coopers Plains for their initial training.
If you have previous RTO experience then this will be HIGHLY advantageous.
