Administration & Customer Service Officer – Multiple Opportunities!

Academy School Photography & Production has been a leader in the School Photography and Printing industries for 40+ years, providing a broad range of services to school customers across the country. We are a national company with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Customer Service / Production Headquarters in Adelaide

We have opportunities available for dynamic individuals wanting to join our unique team of dedicated people on a part time or full time (Monday to Friday) basis at our national headquarters in Torrensville

What we're looking for:

We are looking for people who have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Inbound & Outbound Customer Service (via Email & Phone)
• Data Entry
• Packaging & Despatch

You don’t need to have experience in all of these areas, but a willingness to learn will set you up for success. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are wanting to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilise and build upon your existing skillset

Some of the qualities we look for include:

• Great organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multitask, working as part of a team, as well as individually
• Excellent phone manner and a bubbly personality
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Willingness to take ownership and pride in all areas

Bonus Points if, in addition to any of the above, you have:

• Worked with or in a school environment
• Experience in Administration or Customer Service 
• Used Monday.com, Timestone or Maximizer
• Worked in the School Photography industry
• Experience despatching items using Australia Post and / or Couriers
