We are in a period of growth and have two positions available for people with strong administration skills, who has a flexible ‘can do’ approach to tasks. It is ideal for someone who is keen on developing their Information Management skills in the Asset Management space.
You will be responsible for the management of asset configuration records, drawings and documentation across the asset life cycle, ensuring its integrity, traceability and currency.
You will support Engineering SME’s with technical document writing and revision and manage the Information Management Systems used to support Engineering and Asset Management functions.
You will
- Administer the Document & Drawing Management Systems
- Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance to the business
- Manage the collection and processing of information and data
- Advise the organisation on proper procedures and requirements for Document and Drawing Management Systems.
- Work with various stakeholders to gather, analyse and quality assure information related to assigned tasks.
- Maintain data within the asset Information Management system
- Capture details supporting Management of Change in Maximo, ensuring data entered into Maximo is accurate.
- Collation of data for business performance reporting
About you
- At least two years’ experience with Information Management in relevant industries
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with document and drawing management systems
- Experience in championing new processes to ensure compliance
- Understanding and awareness of occupational health, safety, risk profiles and environmental issues in the workplace
- Knowledge of asset management standards is desirable
- Knowledge of Engineering Management Systems is desirable
- Rail industry knowledge is desirable
- Experience in technical writing, including the ability to understand and translate complex processes from Subject Matter Experts into easy to follow documents
- Knowledge in business performance reporting
