Our client, an innovative, agile business is seeking a motivated individual to appoint as an Administration | Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic and innovative team. The ideal background and experience of the successful candidate would be a person who has a strong background in Customer Service, who shares a passion for delivering excellent service, innovative solutions, and to provide administration and data entry support for the group as required.
This position is Full-Time and Permanent with starting times between 6:00am and 9:00am (depending on roster), Monday through to Friday.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in office administrative role
- Experience in a Customer Service focused role
- Effective time management skills, managing multiple tasks, competing priorities, and meeting conflicting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well presented with exceptional work ethic

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional Customer Service is offered on every engagement.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to address these areas for improvement.
- Manage internal, external customer enquiries.
- Manage first contacts, follow-ups and case resolution.
- Manage conflict and complaints internally/externally.
- Work to resolve service claims in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Strong focus on exploring all available options to resolve claims
- As necessary, escalate service issues to management.
- Provide accurate and timely information.
