Qualifications & experience
- Previous sales administration, customer service, and reception experience
- Exquisite computer literacy and competency, including excel, word and email
- Competent in Oracle/Netsuite ERP or similar is essential
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing customer orders & invoices
- Customer service
- Booking freight with carriers to meet time slot deliveries
- Credit Control
- Managing internal processes
- Managing incoming calls, messages and emails
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Data entry, general office administration and ad hoc duties
