We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.
To be successful within this role you will need to have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work within a close team environment and display good teamwork skills. Reliability, Strong customer service skills and be able to multi-task in busy periods.
This is a part time position, consisting of 4 days with the flexibility to take on more hours to cover staff when on leave and short notice. This is a MUST within the position.
THE ROLE:
Within the role you will be responsible for :
- Preparing and processing job sheets using Professional Roofing Software Applicad Roof Wizard.
- Interpreting and reading house plans of brand new builds.
- Experience in MYOB is essential or an accounting software program for processing data.
- Coordinating incoming quotes to be processed
- Provide assistance with administration duties to management staff and Administration Co-Ordinator, this role is vital in the smooth running of business. This position will evolve over time and require performance and efficiency in your role.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Operation of inhouse computer programs and online programs such as VBA and portal systems.
- Experience working in Construction Industry is desirable.
