AddressProcessor/Data Entry OSR
As the Data Entry/OSR (Off Site Receipting) person you will be responsible for inbounding, sorting, consolidating, processing and dispatching of general freight in accordance with Sea Swift documented procedures and standards.
What you will be doing:
- Inbound/Process Rio Tinto freight in accordance with Rio Tinto freight Preparation Policy
- Respond to issues/enquires from customers when they are delivering cargo into the depot
- Liaise with Rio Tinto end users regarding issues with Freight
- Ensure cargo is received in an orderly manner together with the completion of accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure packaging requirements are noted, e.g. fragile goods, dangerous goods and insufficient packaging etc, Ensure correct labelling of all cargo items
- Correct use of Electric consignments (ECON)
- Assist other team members to enable prompt and effective customer care
- Complete any required maintenance in accordance with set schedules
- Maintain awareness of and compliance with health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
What we require from you:
- Forklift licence (highly regarded)
- Certificate II or III Transport & Distribution highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience with regard to the cargo receival, consolidation and dispatching processes
- Demonstrated experience of dealing with customers who are delivering cargo
- Must have a positive attitude and work well within a team
