About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our successful Shopping Centre Management team in South Australia. Working in this fast paced and busy role, where no two days are the same, you will get to utilise your broad range of administration and organisational skills. A fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the property industry, this role offers the right person the chance to work in multiple locations, offering variation within the role.
Key responsibilities will include:
Administrative support to the Centre Manager
Liaising with retailers and contractors
Accounts payable and receivable
General office and administration duties
WHS Incident reporting
What Sets You Apart:
Demonstrated previous administrative experience within the real estate industry favourable
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proactive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
The ability to work independently and initiative to drive personal productivity
An eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) completed or currently studying (preferred but not essential)
