We are working to find a Sales Administration Manager for our client.This is a newly created role that will slot in to an existing team, and has been created to empower the Sales Manager to do what he does best - sell. The team processes a high volume of hardware sales across the country and needs a leader for the team in the engine room that make it all possible.
Think of the sales process like a sleek, high-performance sports car tearing down the highway. The engine? That's the guts, the raw power driving the whole machine forward... smooth, powerful & unstoppable.
Now, picture a souped-up engine, firing on all cylinders, propelling the car with effortless precision. It's a nicer drive experience, and you're sure to out race your competitors in the long run.
I'm looking for someone to manage the guts. Now this isn't a car with a rusty, coughing engine. It's in good condition, it just needs some fine tuning to take it to the next level.

You'll be leading a team of two sales administrators within a well established IT business. You'll be supporting a sales team who processes $mm in revenue each year. Your role is to making sure the engine is humming - and will also be hands on processing and expediting orders.
You know that a happy customer is informed customer and will drive improvements to processes, data capture and systems to assure visibility over the supply chain - that's the fine tuning we're after.

- Understanding of procurement/logistics within a high volume business sales business
- Experience/understanding of IT is ideal but we can teach you that.
