The role reports to Hospital Director/Director of Nursing
Mandatory Criteria:
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 6:30am and 8pm, Monday to Friday
- Experienced administration officer with hospital, medical or high-level administration and/ or management experience
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and word processing
- Demonstrated leadership or potential, with a track record of teamwork
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
