To support their growth, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance and Administration Manager. This role is crucial to the strategic and operational success of the business, providing leadership in financial management, business analysis, and operational administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Budget Development and Management: Create and manage budgets with ongoing reviews to ensure financial health and strategic alignment.
- Cashflow Management: Oversee and optimise cash flow to maintain financial stability and support business operations.
- Asset Management: Maintain and manage the asset register to ensure accurate tracking and valuation of company assets.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports to management.
- Business Analysis: Analyse business metrics to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Audit Reviews: Perform audit reviews on jobs to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Growth and Efficiency Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiencies to support the business's strategic goals.
- Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce planning to predict recruitment needs and ensure the company is adequately staffed.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small operational administration team, fostering a culture of continual improvement.
- Policy and Compliance Management: Ensure internal policies are up-to-date and comply with current contracts and regulatory requirements.
