Administration Manifester/Customer Service

Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Administration Manifester/ Customer Service Representative to join the Sydney team

About the Company:
Lindsay Transport is one of the largest transporters of fresh produce and refrigerated freight in Australia and specialise in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres. We operate a network of freight terminals with significant cold room facilities across Australia and employ a staff of approximately 1,600 workers.
Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Administration Manifester/ Customer Service Representative to join the Sydney administration team on a full-time basis.
Roster available:

• Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Manifesting consignments
• The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
• Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
• Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
• Debriefing driver paperwork
• Assisting with depot pallet control
• Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager and Depot Manager
