We're seeking a friendly Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a key role in our office management and marketing efforts. 

As the Administrative and Marketing Assistant, you'll be the friendly face greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling office supplies. You'll assist in coordinating events, from office gatherings to our annual Christmas Party. In Marketing, you'll support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, contribute to our content marketing strategy, update the website and help manage our social media presence.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in administration or marketing preferred
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic website management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Previous experience in an administration/marketing role/internship is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems (CMS).
