Northbuild Construction is a commercial building contractor operating for over 30 years, with operations in Queensland and Papua New Guinea.
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Team based in Toowoomba.
Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for overall Project Delivery. This will include:
• Ensure subcontract and supplier contracts are administered correctly.
• Control all project documentation.
• Maintain all materials registers.
• Ensure all administrative requirements are met, including the supervision of the site clerk if applicable.
• Prepare budgets, trade comparisons and lettings, cost reports, head and subcontract progress claims & variations for approval by the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients and superintendents.
• Ensure all quality assurance policies & procedures are met.
• Finalise subcontract agreements.
• Negotiate variations to the head contract with clients.
• Prepare monthly job cost reports for Project Manager.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to the project team and the entire Northbuild team as required.
Qualification, skills and experience required:
? Relevant qualification in project management or tertial degree in construction/engineering.
? 2+ years working in a similar role.
? Ability to Ensure that all communication is professional and of a high standard including correct grammar and spelling; Participate in learning and development opportunities; Maintain a high standard of professional presentation.
Salary for the position: $90,000 plus Super and company vehicle, negotiable
