Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Senior Administrator or Office Manager. Prior bookkeeping experience is essential. An excellent telephone manner coupled with a professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills - you're a people person who genuinely enjoys helping others. The flexibility to undertake a variety of reception and administrative duties when required.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process, distribute and reconcile accounts receivable invoices. Process accounts payable invoices. Maintain complete filing system to support financial records. Pay Roll. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Provide additional support to the finance manager as required.
