- Assist in preparing and presenting the state-wide building maintenance program and budget.
- Coordinate and manage the approved maintenance program, ensuring quality and timeliness, and take remedial actions when necessary.
- Manage the Property Lease portfolio and liaise with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with Facility Managers, staff, external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants on leasing and property services issues.
- Represent in meetings and discussions related to leasing and maintenance.
- Maintain the Property Register and reconcile it with the Asset Management System.
- Prepare reports on leasing and property services, including recommendations for improvements.
- Undertake administrative tasks, including financial and non-financial reporting and research functions.
- Perform Incurring Officer functions in accordance with the Financial Management Act.
- Prepare bi-annual energy usage reports and annual reporting to the Government.
- Maintain office requirements, records, plans, and files related to the building portfolio.
- Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Experience in Property Management.
- Experience in administrative and budget control.
