We are seeking a mature minded person with a professional approach for a full time contract (with a 3-month probation) in an administrative position. The position is based in our busy office in Mansfield with an immediate start.
The successful applicant would be required to work Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm.
To be successful in this role, the applicant will require the following skills:
- Be self-motivated with good communication skills and prompt work ethic.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task, with excellent phone manner, customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to our industry based software packages including Simpro and Xero.
- A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a team environment and on their own.
The successful applicant would undertake a range of duties including general administrative duties, customer service, inputting data and maintenance of computer software packages.
Previous experience within any trade, including Air Conditioning and working with SimPro would be advantageous.
Hourly wages will be based on experience.
