Argyle Capital Partners Pty Ltd was established in 2007. It specialises in the management of investments in water rights, farmland, agribusiness, and agricultural supply chain infrastructure. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our high performing water team based in our Adelaide Office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administration of all water transactions including but not limited to transactional due diligence, preparation and issuance of contracts, preparation and submission of government forms, settlement of transactions, water movements and monthly reconciliation of water positions.
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained in the investment management system.
- Assist with office management, travel logistics and accounts payable/receivable function.
We are ideally looking for a team member who possess the following skills:
- Experience in a previous administration role, preferably either water administration, contract administration, brokering, real estate, utilities, insurance, banking or funds management.
- The ability to produce high quality accurate work, prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and MYOB (preferable but not essential).
- Sound written and verbal skills.
