Maddington Hyundai has a rewarding career opportunity for an Administration Officerto join our collaborative team.
As an Administration Officer your focus will be to provide administrative assistance, processing transactions, payments and expenses, and processing invoices for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.
Role:
- Reconcile accounts with general ledger
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Chasing Debtors & Creditors
- Data entry of invoices to maintain accurate records and databases
- Maintain records of business costs.
- Check invoices for inaccuracies against purchase orders
- Prepare weekly pay sheet for management
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- General administration tasks as required
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Handle general accounts queries
- Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is Advantageous
