Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and welcoming manner
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must hold a current Working With Children check (employee) prior to starting the position, and be prepared to undertake a Police Check
- Experience working in a school is beneficial, but not required
- Provide First Aid training will be arranged if the successful candidate does not already have first aid accreditation
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones and welcoming visitors to the school
- Processing enrolments (including Kindergarten to Foundation transition and Year 6-7 transition)
- Administration for school excursions/incursions
- Publishing fortnightly newsletter
- Invoicing/receipting for parent payments and excursions
- Support with attendance monitoring and sick bay operation
- Other administration duties as required by Principal and Business Manager
- Preferred attendance for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:05pm
