About the Role
This position undertakes a wide range of reception and administration tasks, including working with practice management and billing systems, medical records and supporting the headspace team to focus on delivering a quality service to young people and families/friends who attend the centre.
About You
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
1. Qualifications in Administration and/or demonstrated knowledge and experience in a similar receptionist /administration role.
2. Ability and willingness to work with young people in a Mental Health Environment.
3. Demonstrated organisational skills and can work under pressure.
4. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
5. Current or ability to obtain a suitability card for child related employment (“Blue Card”)
