Full Time Role
We are looking for a dynamic detail-orientated Administration Officer to join our fantastic team at Aegis Murdoch TCP Facility on a Full-Time Permanent basis.
Location
Aegis Murdoch is the latest Aged Care Residence in the Aegis Group providing exceptional care including Permanent, Transitional as well as Respite Care in a state-of-the-art, safe and comfortable environment. The Facility is located close to Fiona Stanley Hospital, in the new Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct. Situated adjacent to the Kwinana Freeway and Murdoch train station, makes travel easy via the public transport hub. This brand new Facility is seeking motivated and dedicated staff to join and establish a team from the ground up. We are seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, in this role you will use your knowledgeable clinical skills to deliver personalised care.
About You
As an integral part of the team, you will:
- Provide a professional and friendly reception to our residents, families, visitors, and staff.
- Create and maintain fortnightly rosters for staff, that meet all service delivery requirements within the facility.
- Undertake essential administrative functions such as rostering, payroll preparation, billing, banking, and interacting with all staff.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, archiving and other duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
- Maintain Facility waitlist for accommodation and ensure that all enquiries are followed through in a timely manner to maximise occupancy.
- Assist the Facility Manager and other senior staff with tasks as required.

Requirements of the role
- Extensive knowledge of rostering practices and systems and strong problem-solving ability.
- Payroll experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in front-facing administration/reception in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for delivering quality customer service and excellent relationship building skills.
- High levels of accuracy and data entry skills.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Aged Care Experience desirable but not essential.
