We offer pressure testing and cleaning for process piping, valves, pipelines, vessels, tanks, hose and related assemblies.
Due to winning major projects and continuous growth we are seeking an Administration Officer to work closely with the team.
We are looking for a professional, responsible, proactive, self-motivated person that is organised, and has great attention to detail.
Duties:
- Attending to incoming calls, emails & other communications
- Undertake record management, including filing, documentation and archiving
- Providing administrative support for the team
- Assist in maintaining general office duties, ordering of stationery & consumables
- Processing timesheets
- Assist in generating & processing invoices
- Ensure data entry & reporting is completed in an efficient, timely manner
- General office duties & customer service
Required Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional organisation skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate or better computer skills – MYOB experience desired
- Self-organisation and ability to think constructively
- Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising workload with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role – accounts experience highly valued
