Office Administrator

We are looking for a hard-working and professional Administrator to join our expanding Fire and Safety & Electrical Contracting businesses.
What’s on Offer:
- Permanent full-time contract
- Wage based on experience with potential for growth
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 40 hour week
- Bayswater office location
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Strong ability to work within a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail (including grammar) and the ability to work under pressure
- SimPRO data Base experience (desirable but not essential)
- Previous admin experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
General Responsibilities:
- Scheduling jobs using SimPRO and creating confirmation forms to suit.
- Processing Counter Sales for customers in our onsite warehouse.
- Customer service via email and phone.
- Invoicing, Quoting and completing service reports for:
- Portable Fire Equipment
- Evacuation Diagrams - Data entry.
- General office duties.

We have also recently expanded into electrical contracting (EC009201). With our Head office in Perth and branches in Kalgoorlie, Mandurah and Adelaide, we are continuing to grow to include a wide range of fire and safety protection elements and specialist staff.
