Administration Officer – Crestmead
DKR Logistics service the Metcash IGA Distribution Centre on a long-term contract.
We currently have an exciting opportunity in administration to join our friendly team at our Crestmead office.
This position would require you to assist our administration team to complete tasks in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
. Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Daily reconciliation of driver’s timesheets and runsheets
- Payroll support – ensuring correct hours/KM calculated against the EBA and keyed accurately into the system.
- Liaising with staff and drivers
- Ensuring all drivers timesheets are compliant.
- In house scanning of timesheets/runsheets/POD’s
- Emailing customers POD’s and pallet dockets
- Filing and general administration duties
- Operational support
What we are looking for:
- Solid logistics and administration experience – Ideally you would have 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Have previous exposure in accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality of their work
- Accurate data skills
- Proven ability to cope with high volume workload.
- Exceptional time management skills organisational and coordinating ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and with others.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to learn different software systems.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
