About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer or Human Resource representative to work within our friendly Human Resources team providing, administrative support in our daily operations.
This is a unique opportunity where you can utilise your existing experience whilst gaining knowledge and experience working in a Human Resources Department that services our people across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Group email boxes and calendars
- Update training records to personnel files & Skytrust system
- Monitor and maintain anniversaries and key tracking dates
- Update and change employee details as required
- Support with the onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support with the offboarding process
- Liaise with new employees and Payroll during the pre-employment process to ensure relevant information is sent, collected and passed on
- Enter new employee details into systems
- Assist with the ordering and distribution of company uniforms both corporate and PPE
- Co-ordination of the administration requirements of the Apprenticeship program
- Assist with HR projects as required
- Maintaining employee personnel files and updating HR forms and templates as required
- General administration support as required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Current drivers licence.
