- Classification: Level 3
- Remuneration: $78,969 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of superannuation, plus attractive salary packaging options
- Type: Part-time (28 hours per week) fixed term role until July 2024 (with the possibility of extension).
This is a generalist administration role that assists across all facets of the administration team, in particular to undertake file administrative tasks, information client, and data administration, and undertake some business services tasks.
We aim to interview for this role in the new year. An immediate start is desirable, and CLASS experience will be valued extremely highly.
Key accountabilities
- General administrative tasks including data entry and data correction in the CLASS system.
- Assist in the management of our CLASS and SharePoint data.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of internal data and file management training.
- Assist in the induction and training of staff during onboarding process.
- Assist in general administrative auditing and file archiving, and other client data procedures.
- Use of CLASS is essential;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to ‘think on your feet' and navigate complex situations and information;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise key tasks and requests;
- Ability to work efficiently in a team; and
- Proficient in computer literacy and major administration software packages such as Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SharePoint.
